One thing I noticed early on with training, is that I can train ID but actually have my player defend out at PG. I am currently training SF and ID is where I am working now. Both my guys are coming along but would struggle to D a big C so I d them at SG or SF as OD is already done, I think when training defence you shopuld actually have to play them in the position you are training.
With offence you can not move them on the court, they play their position you line them up in. Same goes for pressure training it is easy to play a big their for offence but d him in at PF or C. I think to improve the skill they need to defend that spot.
Just a thought and prob been mentioned before.

This makes sense. Perhaps if they are playing Offense at PG and Defense at C then half their minutes should go to each.

I don't think splitting the mins works. If training d you should have to d that position
