There is no best strategy vs another strategy, you should check the ratings of your opponent where he is the strongest with that tactic. Then use a defensive tactic which matches that.

It depends very much on your team. But you shouldn´t care very much about rebounding and also he will hava a weaker defense. Your players should have good handling to avoid turnovers.
