This is not a bug but explained by the structure of calculations and updating mechanisms. You can find an explanation on the schedule of things concerning games by BB-Marin in the "Box Score" thread.
Currently the mechanism gives the following outcome (example for games starting 7 pm):
Game time:. 7 pm
Boxscores available in Game Viewer: instantly
Boxscores and Matchup Ratings available: depending on your time zone and how many games are played at the same time, roughly 2 hours after games end
Tables update: approx another 1 - 1.5 hours later
This is not a bug, it´s how things -should- work under the current calculation and database operations.
The tme for updates are shorter if there´s less games played at the same time.
