According to the Game Manual Economy page (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/rules.aspx?nav=Econ...)

The salary floor does not apply to new teams for their first sixteen weeks.


However, I am seeing that my team salary is
Player Salaries: $ 129 624


My team is been active just a few weeks so I think my salary should only be $ 25 917 for a couple more months.
