It depends. How much salaries for each of them would you like to pay?
In general, proportion of skills does not change much going up or down through divisions.
And it is completely up to your vision, how you imagine your team. (Inside oriented, outside oriented, well balansed, defence first, offence first, pass first, run'n'gun or any other way)
One thing that changes - ability to maintain more salaries.
I myself had 50k center and 30k PF as my starters in league III :)

My team is inside orientated so I'm thinking I should get high LI for both of them

Well, the younger you go, the more expensive they'll be. So you'll actually be hurting your wallet and arena expansion hopes.

yeah.

to add what texas is saying, I think a 60k Big should be the max for a D3 big i think.......you may wanna get advice from D3ers or maybe former D3ers........

I think with that arena, you won't be able to buy a centre who will dominate the court. In my opinion you should first improve your arena then look for a player. One more thing, if you're planning to play LI, you should have at least 60k salary big men if you're battling for the title.

average DIII arena should have around 12k capacity...
IMO, try to get a big with good passing for LI offense, that helps a lot even if your big man is not dominating in terms of IS since the whole team can move the ball around for open shots
