Hello,

I have two players on sale sunday and BB have bug on player transfert market.

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/21411739/overview.aspx, end of sale sunday 20h (Paris, France)
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/10795217/overview.aspx, end of sale sunday 1h30 (Paris, France)

For the first, estimated up to 1.000.000, impossible for players to make best offer that the first one, 490.000, offer made saturday and player has been sold at this price during the bug period.
For the second, estimated up to 700.000, he has been marked as sold at 20h (Paris, France) when lot of people are connected, before to become again free to sell 2 hours later... he has been sold finaly 400.000 with few buyers because of the bug.

I loose between 410.000 and 810.000 on this 2 sales (on the estimated price who seems normal on those goods players).

I don't understand why player on sale don't have 24h more on the sale date (as we saw that on past ) ? BB annunced they have seen this bug, but nothing has made to proteck salers... no compensation ? nothing ?

These kind of site instability periods have been substantially reduced since for example a year ago. They have not been completely eliminated, though. While we are working on completely eliminating them, we cannot guarantee they won't happen again, however, we have repeated numerous times that managers need to list players with at least a minimum of the starting transfer price they expect, in order to avoid being affected by the site instability. This would protect them from selling players for less than expected. If managers choose not to do this, they do it at their own risk with the benefit being a possible bidding war.

when bug, sometimes sale is reported 24h... and sometimes not. so when bug are on tranfert and block its, i think it's normal to report those transferts.

On BB, the sale is with auction, so automatically the price of beginning is not the final price, if you can't garantuee players that auction will be possible, stop this auction system and put a sale system with fixed price.

I 'm disappointed by the lack of answer and compensation on a bug period that is knwon by BB staff. whatever you say, it's not normal and not fair.

I've explained the situation. If I gathered correctly what you were trying to say, I've got nothing else to add.

What Marin is saying - is that if a player is listed at $1,000,000 then dont set a starting price of $250,000

If you had set a starting price of - for example - $800,000 - then during that bug period, your player will never have soldl for less than $800,000

But you put your starting price too low and as such, only few players were online to bid and you received a poor end price.

We actually have this problem in Australia all the time - not because of a bug - but because when we list players on the transfer market, their end-of-sale time is when most US and Europeans are in bed, and as such, we have few BB-users online to bid for our players.

So the solution is - always list your player for the minimum amount that you want him to sell for.
