He's using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8, so he should probably try Chrome.

Same here. This is a mess. So basically my minutes are shot unless I download chrome? If that's the case that may be it for me. Game is in an hour.

We cannot test every browser out there. If IE 10 doesn't allow setting lineups, it's because their software doesn't work properly and/or isn't up to the standards. We cannot change how IE 10 works, but we can provide you with a solution: don't use it, use something else that works, like Chrome.

I understand where you're coming from, but this:

We cannot test every browser out there.

is nonsense. I'm not using Arora or Maxthon here.

I get that it takes time, but I have my machine set up in a very specific manner and I'm not changing it to play buzzerbeater. There are reasons for this. I may try to set lineups when I get a chance on my other machines at home and hope that it gets sorted eventually, or that may become too much of a hassle to play. I don't know yet, we'll see.

Go ahead and tell me that unfortunately BB won't work right with it yet, I can understand that, but don't give me condescending nonsense telling me that you can't test every browser out there when the browser we are talking about is as mainstream as it is possible to be.

Please understand this. I didn't comment out of anger, I commented to let you know how things stand. If I quit BB it won't be because I'm upset my browser doesn't work with it, it will be because it became a hassle to play, with a small hint of BBs responding with unnecessary snark.

Honestly, it´s well known that IE goes it´s own way VERY often and keeps ignoring international standards. If you use it, it´s really your own decision.

Their design team's slogan is appropriated from Douglas Adams: "IE is definitive. Reality is frequently inaccurate."

You've either missed my point or chosen to ignore it. Either way i don't see the purpose of your response other than to try and feign superior knowledge for using chrome - which has massive problems and holes of it's own.

The machine I use most often is for work. Only about 40% of what I need to access is available to me if I use chrome, so you can talk about IE "going its own way" but that hasn't really been true for a couple years now and, so far, for the past 3 years the only place I've had the slightest problem with it is on BB. Tell me again why I should use chrome instead?

Is installing a second browser on your computer such a big deal?

maybe he isn't allowed to install programs, if it's his PC computer at work - that's common practice in many companies.

IE 10 is one of the major browsers, so by not supporting it BB makes quite a big mistake!

If he is an employer of a company which allows him to play browsergames during his shift, installing a different browser shouldn' t be a problem at all! This discussion just leads to nowhere...
