I have a 18 yrs old trainee and I wish to train him to be all-around SF,
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: respectable ↑ Handling: inept
Driving: mediocre Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: respectable ↑
Stamina: average Free Throw: average

Experience: atrocious

I wish to train his OD-DR (forwards)-ID dis season, what will yield a better results? Alternate training (e.g. rotating these 3 skill every wik disregarding if there are pops or not) or waiting 4 skill to pop first b4 going to another?

I'd also want to train his JS, is OD-DR(forwards)-ID-JS , is dat training enough 4 dis season.?

Well thats a nice trainee you have,you're plan is pretty good ,but A SF also needs some rebounding as well,when you train ID he will get also some traning on rebounding.
But training SF is a bit more difficult then lets say a guard or Center.
A SF needs every skill that are on the list,also passing is an important skill for a complete SF.
I would train this skill til it's pops and then go on to the next skill etc,etc.
Try do as many 1 position training if you can,because that trains a lot faster,when you train passing he wil get also training on driving en handling.

Tnx sir, Im planning on training his RB, IS and PA nxt season, is dat advisable? My goal is to keep his skill close to each other.

Yes thats possible,if you keep his skills close then you will do fine,damm I wish I had a trainee like that!!

His Handling will need to go up quite a lot if you don't want turnovers galore in higher leagues, if you plan on keeping him for long term anyways.
