I have been in D4 for a while now and have always performed about the same. I don't know how to take the next step to become a better team and have a chance to move up to D3. I know game shape is something I need to work on but in regards to my personnel/stadium etc. anyone have advice?

Stop playing your S5 48 mins twice a week would be a start ;) You are not going to win like that in the long run. As you noted, game shape is important.
You made 103k in your last home game. I don't think that is gonna do it. You should invest in your arena to improve your financial capabilities.

Besides investing in the arena and the prior GS advice, strongly consider having more balance on your team - your sixth man has a salary roughly 10% of your top paid player. Having a very top heavy team leaves you out of luck if you have a bad injury or two, and makes maintaining good game shape while still winning a very difficult task.

There's not much more I can add, cause other managers already did.
But why did you put Jackson 18 years on TL,he has allstar potential, and thats not bad.
He has pretty good skills with 7 IS for a guard that's very nice,he would have been a perfect trainee for you.
I hope that you don't get any bids on this player and train him yourself,in a few seasons you would have a pretty nice guard.
