I recently made a comeback to BB and cannot remember how valuable stamina really is. I bought a new recruit but his stamina is terrible. In his first game he performed VERY well with a horrible stamina. Does it have a strong toll on my players or not?

Only if that player is consistently playing 40+ minutes per game without substitutions. How bad exactly is his stamina?

And make sure not to use up weeks training stamina/FTs when a player is 18-19, when his training years are the fastest. It is alright if he is injured, as you don't have to play to get 48+ when training stamina/FTs.

The more you plan on (over)playing your guys, the more valuable stamina is. The deeper your bench, the less valuable it is. I actually hate high stamina because if you have two equivalent players with high (7+) stamina, the coach will almost always leave whichever one is listed as the starter in for 40+ minutes, which can make managing minutes more complicated.

Poor, atrocious actually. He is still performing quite well for terrible stanima. I am getting mixed responses on when I should train stamina. Thoughts?

If your main concern is increasing value and long term potential, I don't recommend training stamina on an 18/19yo.

If how well he's playing is a major concern, it's worth a week or two per season at least on an atrocious player.
