Yes this will be the last update and will be your prices for the Playoffs.
Therefore you might want to raise prices, depending on how many home games you have left before playoffs, and a bunch of calculations I cant even think of, to make the maximum amount of profit.

(I am 100% sure on this answer)

Well the first part of the sentence refers to the NEXT price change AFTER the 26/1 so he is correct. In other words if you change your price on 28/1 it won't come into effect till next season.
