I thought for a while this thing and I think it would be interesting ...
What would be the DMI to be replaced by something has to be "force" that player, ie media's ability, so it can be an average player, good, remarkable, etc. ..
Then the team to be added in addition to ranking in the world, country and "force" team based on the best five field can be aligned ... I thought this will be determined by players with higher salary, although I often I decide to play a weaker player, but younger and perspective.
Finally, the thing with team's "force" is relative.
