Hi guys!

I've heard different things about this before...

Some say grade rating represents the salary range they are going to end up with and star rating is how many total skill points they will have.

Some say it vice versa.

What's you guys take on this?

For me grade rating is just the sublevels of the star rating. Star rating will give u a certain range then the grade rating will give a more accurate range.
