I feel you man, I just bought a player to help me in the playoffs, and he gets injured in the first 11 minutes he plays for my team. I had the same thing last year, a newly acquired player getting injured in the first few minutes on my team. It's just tough luck though, nothing to do about it.

Perhaps in the future consider the quality of your doctor as well, it is really something to think about.
2 seasons ago..... I had a low lvl doctor to keep operating costs down, never had a problem in past seasons, anyway I was one of the strongest teams that year and got to the finals.....but 6 I said SIX of my top 8 players were unavailable due to injury, 2 weeks here, 3 weeks there.
Don't believe in luck myself....a low lvl doctor is like cut rate insurance, it won't do the job when and if you need it most. So now have a higher lvl doctor......if by chance you cut corners one day you will be burned bigtime.
You could consider for the future developing a secondary offense to play so that the same guys won't get beat up game after game sure to taking the shot loads for the team, and all the fouling that goes on with that.

is a high level doctor worth buying/hiring for specially in my league IV?
in this division you have to buy a high salary players to become strong and you have to add another expenses for a high level doctor.... is there something income left for me?

I understand your question, for d4.. you should not need anything more that a "competent" doctor, I would lean more to a message doctor as well, knock on wood I have at this point had only 1 one week injury.
I have had lesser rated doctors and had no problems....but....you only need to get burned once to understand what I'm saying, I know you do.
You are in d4 right now, right there where you are is where you invest in your infrastructure, right now, not when you promote. With a good sized arena, you can invest in a good staff and make a profit, provided you dont overspend on players.
