What skills should I train for these players? I change my offense depending on the opponents' defense, so I use a variety (usually Patient, Run&Gun, look inside, base offense if zone)
PG:
Age: 21
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Jump Shot: sensational Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: strong Handling: sensational
Driving: prolific Passing: prolific ↑
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: average ↓ Free Throw: proficient
SG (but not sure yet, maybe PG or SF):
Age: 23
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: marvelous Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: phenomenal
Driving: stupendous Passing: prolific ↑
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: awful Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: average Free Throw: respectable

You should train their's OD for sure. Defence is very important. And i see it's low on these guys.

How much should I train OD until? And what other skills should I train? How about JS, IS, ID?

I would train OD at the same lvl at the JS is now.
After that you can train some passing and IS.
This is where we hold them!

The second player I would make him PG ,he doesn't has ID and REB enough to be a SF,and with his height it would take to long.Train his OD level 15 and he will be probably capped when you reach that.
He is a perennial allstar,so you can't train him forever.
The first player ,well it's a bit difficult he also could use OD for sure,,but he also needs inside training.
I think train OD till the second player has reached his cap,and after that inside training on the hall of famer.
This player has a great potential and height,he will train pretty fast on the inside skills..
