Although i played 19 matches total (as all of the teams in my league), it seems that i played 18, but i win my last match and it should be 13-6 instead of 12-6. Is this a bug or?

Your game went into overtime so it wasn't over when the standings were updated. Your new record will probably be reflected at the next update for your league.
