Well I figure now is as good a time as ever to discuss SB and JR as BB is thinking about adjustments. I have a couple suggestions.

1) This one is just for JR. Reduce the salary hit.

2) Increase the effect of JR and SB(if salary unaffected).

3) I think this suggestion is the more critical one. Make JR and SB able to be two positioned trained(like JS and REB). I am almost positive that if JR and SB were able to be two position trained they would be trained more and [people would notice the effects of it more. There are three weeks a season(unless you make the finals) where you need to two position trained if you are training 3 players at once. I fill these holes from my one position training with 1on1 and REB training. If SB or JR were able to inclde two position training(instead of one position) then I would actually train those two skills from time to time. The way I one position train with 3 players is as so:
My first game trainee A would get 48+ at PG/C and trainee C would get backup minutes at SG/PF. Then game 2 trainee B gets 48 at PG/c and trainee A gets backup minutes at SG/PF. During my third game trainee C gets 48 at PG/C and trainee B gets backup minutes at SG/PF. This way if the minutes aren't sufficient I can switch to JS/1on1/REB training and still maximize training. I also plan at least two seasons in advance so these JS/1on1/REB trainings are not planned and might throw off the balance of my players. If JR or SB were two position trainable then I would probably fill the two game weeks with those as opposed to other training since I plan for the other ones.
Also lots of people who dont want to focus on training, but want to train their 3 or 4 trainees just casually two position train and players end up JS/HA/DR/IS heavy. JR and SB could balance that.

I think its a good fix.

I am assuming that instead of being "able" to be two position trained you mean primarily - since there are already PG/SG and SG/SF options for outside shooting and PF/C and even three position shotblocking options. If the goal is to entice people to train those skills, switching it so there's no one position variant and the two position variety gives the same amount of training the original one position version did would certainly make it more attractive to train - if the other issues with those skills are sorted out.
