a piece of advice is to build that arena and save 120k NOW for Draft Transfers (As I call it: Undrafted Free Agents)

Draft is this Monday and earliest transfers will be Thursday or Friday. Oh and get allstar+ potential and more then 40 Skill Points (sum of the 10 Major BB Skills; jump shot, jump range, outside defense, handling, driving, passing, inside shot, inside defense, rebounding, shot blocking)

And if you want a Guard, search for guys 6'4'' and shorter. Big Guys 6'8'' and taller. SF---> 6'5'' to 6'7''

and Build Arena with the remaining 180k or so.

Do not build your arena for a while. That is terrible advice. That is what ticket prices are for. If you start selling out, save some cash and merely raise ticket prices a bit. Good luck.
