Okay, so I have a very young guard team and I'm going to have to sell a few guys and train a few others now that the draft has come around. My problem is that I'm not sure how to distinguish between the two. I'm also not entirely sure what to train for the guys I do have. I do have one project player I have who is rounding out to be good all around, but his maximum potential is only allstar. Meanwhile I drafted a 19 year old MVP and an 18 year old perennial allstar so I'm not sure what to do at all.

Now I read somewhere that I shouldn't go posting my players ratings all over the place and, let's be honest, nobody wants to look at all that clutter. But if anyone want's to help me out with the deciding could you let me know and I could message you and talk through it with you or something? I'm a season into this, but I'm still relatively new ya know? All help appreciated, thanks guys.

That's the problem. I have three rookies then four good wings, three of which are under 21

If you aren't willing to train them... And their skills are not at a point where you can leave them be without training and they hold their own. Just sell the extras and invest in players 25-30 that you don't need to train... Or don't and reinvest in arena or save for later... But training 3 guys right is better than poorly training 7

I would keep all of them and train them. If you know how to do so and have a very good trainer coach. Its your call really
