Brazil 87 - USA 101The tradition continues! The USA pulled out a hard-fought game against the Brazilians to bring home America's gold yet again!! Led by John Ifernooner's
(23470976) record-setting performance, and the unwavering leadership of fewmit, (who asked me to emphasize that he was NOT the one who threw up in Andy Wilder's locker before the game, despite several eye-witness accounts otherwise), the USA asserted it's dominance in this hemisphere yet again. John Ipodshuffle posted a mind-boggling 18 assists without a turnover, breaking the previous U21 record by 4. He commented after the game:
"Yeah it was one of the mo-....did you just call me Mr. Iferland? My name is IFEANYI. Why can't anyone get that right? Jfarb calls me Lucas Jr. for god knows why, and Fewmit has called me everything from Iffykins to Icarly. Is it really that hard of a name? If eee ahhn yeee. Come on people."
Needless to say, this performance from John Iffelsandbits will go down as one of the greatest ever. As for Fewmit, it's hard to argue that his first season as coach was quite a successful one. Despite a raging team-wide alcohol problem and some truly disturbing team-building exercises involving cow brands, he managed to motivate these guys and bring home another championship. He had this to say after the game:
"I'm very happy to have waxed those Brazilians today! This has just been the greatest experience. Whipping these loser players into some semblance of a functioning team this season has been the high point of my life. Seriously, I had no idea I was legally allowed to whip players."
