Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: mediocre

To be honest, I wouldn't train this guy. His age will slow his training down, and his OD is too low. Look for 18 year olds on the transfer list that are listed at a cheap price, and that have at least star potential.

He will probably dominate in DV, but will need lots and lots of OD to be good in a higher level.
Like maybe 11 OD for D4?
At 25 he's too old to get there. With a level 4 trainer, if you single position train him in Pressure every single week, you may get him to 9 OD.
He also needs stamina.
I'd get some 18/19 year old trainees and use this guy at SG, then make him a backup after you promote.

he needs to be 18-19yrs old .. But if really want to its depend on what type of player you want him to be.. I think his inside shot needs work also his defense. His stamina could use some work as well /

Good luck
