I'd like to start on improving this position on my team, and I have an okay draftee, though sadly 19, he's got superstar Potential.

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: average Handling: awful
Driving: mediocre Passing: average
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: awful Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: atrocious

And I'm thinking about buying another (maybe better one) but since there are no SF only training options, will I have to train him out of position (during cup and friendlies) in order to train him effectively, or is there a trick? Training out of position would make it hard to get two trainees 48 mins in Single position training. So is it worth doing two position training?

Also, what skills are more important for a SF to be successful?

A lot of SF training involves one position training at PG and C . Your trainees can still defend at SF. This isn't entirely bad as u can get mismatches at other positions. For example trainee at C, normal C at SF, switch their defense, your SF can score inside and your C score outside.
