What is a good level of stamina to have for your starters?

Look at the pace of the offenses you are running. If you're running fast paced ones like RnG and PtB consider having them 7 up.

Your mom has good stamina... (Sorry couldn't help myself). In my opinion between 5-7 is ideal.

if i have them that high though I run the risk of not being able to play my trainees and given them enough minutes
