Heya,

Has anyone else noticed that the DMI's are dropping?
I've been noticing significant DMI drops from lots of players in my team..
e.g. Jérôme Ess ((4155887))
He used to be at around 53'000 with 9 training. he dropped to 14500 with 7 training (plus one pop in JS), went back up to 30500 with 8 training and last but not least this week a pop in JS, going from 9-10 and training performance staying the same at 8 and his DMI dropped to 24900.
Simple question to BB, why would a player get worse, if A. his JS improves and B. his training performance stays the same? Do you guys penalty players that aren't even out with skills? he's not too good in outside defence, but is that the reason why he looses DMI? (nothing has changed in OD).

And for those who think DMI is just performa and doesnt really matter - pretty wrong. I've noticed a massive change when players are at 9 instead of 7 (training performance), so yes.. i do actually care that he's not at something like 35k when he even pops and doesnt loose training performance.

and this is just one example

DMI doesn't really matter.

DMI is heavily influenced by game shape, not the other way around, so that DMI behavior is normal and expected.

so basically it doesnt matter wether i have a Center who has kick ass kills and 5 training shape vs a center with medium skills and 9 training.. just by watching the games, i get the impression it influences quite a big deal.

Game Shape DOES make a difference on player performance.

Game Shape also is a HUGE factor in DMI.

DMI has no real practical application to a user besides confirming that training occured.

ok.. but it still doesnt answer the question, why a player looses his DMI when he even improves his skills, while his game shape remaining the same..?

Then game shape has dropped less than a visible level (but has still dropped).

Indeed.

Game shape, like skills, are not whole numbers - we only see the whole "numbers".
