You keep playing not only them, but your whole team too many minutes each week. All you need for your trainees is 48 minutes per week. Just getting this amount will give them full training, as long as you do 1-position.

In general, playing your team anywhere from 48-75 minutes per week will give them decent Game Shape. The consensus is that playing players between 50-60 minutes per week provides the best GS, so aim for that.

How do i prevent my team from playing minutes I only have 9 active players.
The only thing I can think of is stop playing scrimmages. Also should I train gameshape?

Just buy 3 crap players for your scrimmage and fire them after the game (before Mon. morning.) You play $1000 each to buy but no salary.

Or get 3 low salary players (<$2000) and just keep them.

Don't waste your time in div5 training GS. Use your training time on someone worthwhile.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Training GS has no long term benefits so all it offers is a small improvement in GS for that week. On certain ocassions (maybe during finals of cup or league) it might be worth it. However of you overplay players the next week you have the same problem. 9 players is too few you really need 12-13 players to manage GS. The last 3-4 can be low wage scrubs .
