When a player gets injured how long is a week?

Say my player got injured yesterday for 1 week will he be healthy by Tuesday because the week has ended or will he be injured until next Saturday (sry for the confusing wording).

a "week" is a rough number just like when building an arena when it says "6 days". A week could be a couple of days or it could be almost 2 weeks.

1 week: 1 day - 13 days
2 weeks: 14 days - 20 days
3 weeks: 21 days - 27 days
4 weeks: 28 days - 34 days
5 weeks: 35 days+
