The USA scouting: http://bb-usa.net/usnt/scouting.php

Is the only database I've found of player skills. Is there any other databases known out there that also rate the skills of players per position?

http://www.buzzer-manager.com/en/evaluation/ seems to evaluate by position as well but only for your team.

Any others out there?

Edited:

Hhhmm probably the most useful tool I see is this: http://bb-usa.net/club/planner.php.
You can input skills and then see the net effect to salary and player statistics. Not bad.

Interesting. If you cap out a superstar or better you are pretty much looking at a +75,000 salary. Expensive to cap players with high potential!

Thanks again.

Hhhhmm suprised there is so little interest in this topic.

I would assume a good database of players would assist with player design and choosing from the waiver wire.

However the NT database only shows 1000 players and it seems to be geared towards certain builds.
