Make a season 27 USA U21 player contest!

We here at the Cabal are not above bribery, so to encourage some kick ass players to be developed we are offering a number of SUPPORTER PRIZES for the season 24 draft class! This age class will be playing at, and doubtless dominating, the season 27 Worlds.

How do you get in on it? You'll need a great 18 year old USA player next season (s24). He can be your draftee, or purchased. Doesn't matter.

The prizes will be:
1. Best big man in training - The qualifying player with the most big skills (IS/ID/RB/SB) at the start of season 26 (age 20) wins 3 months of supporter!
2. Best PG - The qualifying player with the most skills in OD and PS (combined) at the start of season 27 wins 3 months of supporter!
3. First! - The first qualifying player to score in a competitive U21 game (not a scrimmage) in season 27 wins 3 months of supporter!
4. Best brut - The first qualifying player to commit a flagrant foul in a competitive U21 game in season 27 wins 3 months supporter!
5. Big ass random prize - At the end of season 27, all the qualifying players who made the U21 team will be in a pool to win 1 year of supporter!

Details:
You knew there would be fine print, right? Here it is:

1. Qualifying player - these contests apply to players that are USA owned, have been on your roster since at least the last day of season 24 (age 18), and on your roster continuously since that point. You don't have to draft the player, but he needs to be added to your team at some point in season 24.
2. Tie-breakers - for the big man and PG contests there could be a tie. The winner will be randomly awarded to only one of the tied managers.

Pretty nifty idea few. This might just go hand in hand with my plans to not be competitive for a few seasons. The actual prizes didn't catch my eye (I have always been a supporter), its the random factor that is intriguing. Chasing random.

Heck yeah! This'll be the year I draft 3 1 potential guys!

You forgot the part where if no one commits a flagrant all season, the 3 months supporter goes to adchester, right? ;)

Draftees are hitting the transfer list today. A reminder for the rough U21 player baselines:

1. Guard
-18 year old
- At least perennial all-star (7) potential
- Ideally 30 skill points in the 6 guard skills
2. Big Man
- 18 year old
- At least superstar (8) potential
- Ideally 19 skill points in the IS/ID/RB/SB skills
3. Small Forward
- 18 year old
- At least all-star (6) potential
- Ideally 50 skill points overall

If you didn't draft a stud, this week is your best chance to pick one up for the contest!

What about for best player that was drafted and stayed on same team the whole time?

Or a player with the most pops ( no st or ft ) since drafted for same drafted and stayed whole time thing. Tie breaker by minutes played on u21?

A quick update / reminder on this:

1. It is not too late to get in on this contest! This contest is for USA managers with a player put on their roster by the end of this season. At this moment there are 24 US 18 yo players with 7 potential or higher on the transfer list. Many at reasonable prices and many who have gotten training already.

2. The first prize to be awarded is for "Best big man in training" at the start of season 26. A mere 4 1/2 months away! I will post a leaderboard here for this prize at the start of next season.

Final season reminder - in order to have a qualifying player for this contest he needs to be on your roster by the end of this coming Sunday (9/15/13).
