I'm interested to see how different people draft and what they look for. So here is the question: You can add up to 8 things for the star balls and potential balls. Basically you are choosing from this: Also, pretend that all three of these players are the same age position and height.

4/4
3/5
5/3

Poll:  Which Draftee would you choose?

4 Star 4 Potential B+
3 Star 5 Potential C+
5 Star 3 Potential A+

To be honest with you I don't draft and I think your suppose get the guy with greatest up side. To me college players should be a little better than what we get lol.. they should at least tell his strengths and weakness prior to his draft. This is why I don't draft but it is fun..Dnt get me wrong

I would take the 3rd guy.. why because .. i guess he'd train well

Always draft potential first.

I would go potential. That way even if you don't want him, you get a mint for him at the TL.

I choose potential. I can spend 3-4 seasons to train him. In case of running out of cash, I can sell him for a pretty good amount of cash.

I am always dreaming my youngsters could play for under-21 NT one day in a near future.

I'd go for the high potential rookie too.

Then again... The real demand these days is for low potential rookies with low skills. You know, the $2k scrubs that teams magically sell for $300,000!

I don't draft but it's pretty clear that potential now is really important on the market, and nothing more.

Take the 3rd guy? Sounds interesting!

To be honest, I just interviewed one player, he is a 5 / 3. Here is the score:
40 mins, 18-20FG, 2-3 , 2-2FT, 3Reb, 4Ast, 7TO, 5 Steals, 1Blk, 2PF ... 40 points !

Looks awesome ...
