I've probably played for too long without knowing the answers to these questions, but what factors go into the Offensive Flow rating for a match?

Does the defense impact it, or is it based entirely on your team?

What offenses are more dependent on high Flow ratings, and which less?

How important a factor is it to team success?

Thanks!

Your PG Passing/Handling skills will play a big role, as well the rest of your teams passing.

Your teams skills relative to the offense you choose will also play a large role.

I wouldnt say its overly important to success, but it does make scoring a lot easier against stronger defences

I always guess it's related to passing.

Maybe I should try to put all my PG in a starting lineup (And put them in PG, SG and SF positions) and see whether I have a good offensive flow rating.

Believe it's almost entirely passing. HN might have some impact, but I haven't found it's affected mine at all. All of my players have fantastic HN skill and slightly more normalised PA, and my offensive flow tends to be around "respectable" every game.

I appreciate the information. This pretty much confirmed what I was thinking, although I did think Handling would have been more of a factor.

I think my OF is plenty fine for D-4, but I'm in good position to promote and want to think about where to focus upgrades. Big guys who can pass seem to cost quite a lot more, and while mine aren't at 1 or 2, if you want a PF with at least 7-8 Passing you definitely pay a premium.

Is there a "target" range for being competitive in D-3 in USA?
