Hey guys, having only ever trained One on One for guards I'm quite unsure as to what skills improve when trained on forwards. Does anyone have any insight on this for me?

Thanks, Alex

driving, handling, little bit of JS, little bit of IS. One on one forwards is quite good training for players over 6'3".

Also, considerr Jump shot for forwards which gives you JS, IS + a little bit of driving + a little bit of handling. Which can be just what some PFs need.

Ah okay thanks a lot, so it's very similar to for guards but with a little bit of JS going to IS? Cool!

I will consider JS for forwards, this is for my young SFs so I may well go with that instead.
