I just have a question about the future expansion of leagues.

I am Australian currently in Italy and I would like if possible to be playing in an Australian league in the future.

If the Australian league was about to be created would it be possible to transfer my italian team to the Australian league?

well if Australian league had existed I would be probably in the same position as the Chinese league right now with only 1 player and a lot of bots.

When the game opens up to the public will the single Chinese player's team be reset or all the new players' teams be as strong as the existing player?

If they just start with atrocious--->--respectable team like I did when I started then their team is likely to be very weak against the existing player who has had half a season of training.

If the new players are getting teams like that then transferring a existing team from the Italian league to a new one (Australia) is the same as leaving the teams uneven in China.

But I am making the assumption that the new teams have a set level skill rating. If that is not the case then I think some other ideas might be useful..
