Alright, this season I want to get this thread started early so I can hear what the voters(you guys) have to say. What should the criteria for a manager to be
nominated for Hall of Fame status? Ill throw some thoughts out there.

The voting for Managers is so opinionated versus players which is very statistically driven. I want to see what everyone else has to say though.
Maybe a good way of doing it this season would be for people to rank 5 managers. Then ill give out 5 points for 1st, 4 for second and so on. Top 5 will be the nominees? I just want to make sure that the manager nominated to the Hall of Fame is someone that everyone can agree on or at least understand and someone who deserves it.
