Hi all,

Just curious, how does experience increase in the game? Is it strictly a product of playing time? Does player role affect the amount of experience gained? Do some types of games increase experience more than others (cup, league, scrimmage, etc)?

I'm curious because it seems that experience does impact the game in some ways. Some of my older more experienced players tend to take better shots and have better game ratings. I even see a disparity between my younger guys. I have about four trainees at the guard positions. Three of them have level 2 experience while the last is at level 3. I have no idea why this player (my backup PG) has higher experience than the other players who all average more minutes per game. Perhaps it's because he's played more minutes in cup games? Is it because he has a specific role and has gotten used to it somehow? Was hoping someone had some insight. Thanks!
