My team is a USA team. I just have a few questions that have been lingering on my mind for a while and would greatly appreciate some help.

1. Does merchandise income increase as a team progresses up each league? (ex. league V to IV)

2. If every one of my players was from the USA, would my merchandise income be higher than if I had players from many different countries?

3. All in all, would it be worth to have my entire team be all Americans if I am from the USA in regards to merchandise income?

¿you mean from Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Peru, República Dominicana, Paraguay, Bolivia, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Barbados, Guatemala, Jamaica, Venezuela, or another American Country?

Well, the answer is no, but if you have an entire team with players of USA, then the answer is yes.
It's more effective if you train your draft players and they lead the team.

Merchandise should improve as you go up series levels. As far as the all-USA squad, it likely won't make a really significant difference but every little bit helps. I do that personally more because it makes me be more judicious in my TL searches. The things that really help merchandise are the number of minutes your high-salary players play, how long your guys have been on your team and the fan survey in general.

I saw an increase of about 10,000 moving from Div V to Div IV.

If your best players are from USA, you are likely going to have around the best merchandise for your Div.

I averaged around 21K in div V. Now I average 31K and have an all-american roster. I asked one of the best teams in my Div what he got. He only got 22K with carrying a bunch of foreigners.

It can take a long time to find the players you want when choosing an all-american roster. It requires a bit of patience as in a lot cases you will just have to take what you can get. There are 500 USA players on the wire right now.

16.5-23.5 Salary 36/956 USA 3.7 %
23.5-35 Salary 42/959 USA 4.3%
35-50 Salary 53/930 USA 5.6%
50-75 Salary 34/911 USA 3.7%
75-100 Salary 20/462 USA 4.3%
100+ 29/683 USA 4.2%
Total = 214/4901 = 4.3%

Anyway as you move up divisions it becomes a bit harder to find the players you want, but if you are patient and willing to search all-season you should find suitable players. Unfortunately not optimal. But the tradeoff is better merchandise income.
