I was just wondering how much influence the small, kind of known as not as important skills are taken into account when deciding the who makes the U21NT? For instance these three things have come to mind:
Stamina- My player has respectable stamina, which is very good for a player to have.
Free Throws- My player has average FT shooting, meaning he has a good starting skill for them and it is above that unfortunate <mediocre free throw shooting starting point.
Experience- Is experience even a factor at all when deciding players for the team? My player has pitiful experience as an 18 year old rather than atrocious so will that also give him a slight edge?
Shot blocking?- My SF started out with respectable shot blocking skills, which seems to become more important starting next season.
Many players in the pool tend to lack 1-2 of those skills, so is my player put at an advantage because he has all four of those non important yet important skills?
