I m here to register as the u21 NT manager of Malaysia, although i have only have managing NT standard games only and i m prefer big guy to big guy clashing matches but i wish to try my luck in this term.

I m quick learner and my style of managing r focused on both benefits and results, the 2 seasons in MBBA proves that if any1 did a stats check of my team.

Thought im not really have any much experience in basketball or u21 managing i ll promise to do my best to communicate and planning into it if i m elected.

Hope voters can giv me ur trust to make u21 a better teams . IYKWIM

Thank u

I threw my name in again. The fact is my time the past 6 months was tied up because of something unexpected in real life. I applied and won to be in a weight loss challenge, and my full time job lately, in addition to my full time real job was to workout and lose weight. I have lost over 51 lbs during that time :-)

Anway, that is over now...I am still working out to lose weight, but I have my time, and the flexibility in my schedule. I am not going to engage hardly at all in debating to win this election. I will just bring up a few points and let you all decide. If you consider me an outsider still, I totally understand that...but I truly believe I will do a better job in the next term, and we can build this program up. The fact is, this was never a 2 season job anyway, and I would like to finish what I started.....

1. In my 13 season I have been to the championship 9 times in 13 seasons. 2 of the 4 times I didn't make, were tanking seasons, and this past season, I finished 1st seed in the NBBA, and would have made the finals had I not sold off my players with 2 weeks left in the season to rebuild for this coming season. The point is, in 9 of the 10 seasons that I have gone all out, my team has reached the finals 90% of the time...overachieving in about half of those efforts. I do know this game, love this game, and have been very successful playing it.

2. I have several very good friends in Malaysia....2 of those 3 friends had VERY good drafts, and i am more excited than ever to be part of the U21 as I know they will be training their players to be future greats.

3. I promise to be more involved in the Facebook Page, and be more interactive with the operations of the team.

4. My #1 plan for making this program more successful is to find 5-10 core Coaches who will commit to training 1-2 U21 prospects...I will work with them to ensure that we have continuity going forward, and making sure that our players are on the right path to not only being top U21 players so we can compete with the big countries, but so that these players may transition to the NT team and help that program as well.

That's really it....All I can say is that you voted for me once, because you knew we needed a new direction, and you believed I could do it....well, My first 2 seasons were not what we expected...but I promise that won't happen again...I really want the chance to do what I what I intended to do originally.

The fact is, neither Terfu or I have lived up to expectations....but you have 16 seasons of him doing the exact same thing hoping for a different result....you have 2 seasons of me, but you have yet to see what I am capable of...I can guarantee you, you will not see a repeat of the past two seasons. However, you do know from my track record in this game that I am very capable of producing positive results.

Give me one more chance to help the Malaysian NT program!
