Hi folks!

So, where did I land? I fought against insane hangtime, Meirke and Fc Bruges in the past, but the other teams I only know a few by name.

Who's the favourite this season? Which conference is the strongest?

Busy as I was trying to save my ass in BBBL, I didn't have the time to follow the results in the 4 DII's

As for myself, the plan is simple, sell, sell, sell...and try to rebuild a decent team in this division to target the top of the conference. If not this season, maybe the next one or the one after.
I (we) need to have a strong foundation if I (we) expect to survive in BBBL in the long run.

Good luck to all of you!

hi:)

RSC eagles is definitly the favourite, if he can keep his roster

i'm still training,training,training.... if i don't make the same mistake as last season i might get to BBBL but it isn't necessary.

BTW little question why is my stadium income so low (it's around the middle of the league) despite being first in my division last season.

:)

A friend of mine (Royal Canin) had the same problem the season after he dropped from BBBL to DII, even though he won the championship ending first of his league, he had to wait the very last games to earn decent money...It must be due to your relegation after season 22. Some kind of "reverse champion boost" I guess...
I expect the same issue this season whatever my results are.

Good to know Joe! And relieving too I must say...don't know how low I have to go wage wise, I assume around 350/400kk...so if the income are not too low, then I'll have room for improvement right away...
By the way, what's wrong with the players I'm selling!?!? Nobody wants them or what?? :-)
...they have to go and to go fast...can't afford to pay their salaries anymore!

Hello newcomer,

After being runner-up in this division in the last 5 seasons, i've put a plan into motion last season with the intention of finally moving up to the BBBL, a long awaited goal by the board members. Recently, i've even invested more money than ever before in my current roster and I just hope i can keep it financially wise until the end of the season.
So without wanting to brag i regard myself as one of the favourites, as well as Yolymapa and BC FTA (yes you :-)). Because if you keep your current roster with the ratings i just saw in your first game, then you are one of the favourites without a doubt. But ofcourse, i don't know what your intentions are for this season (and in the long run) and for your roster in the short run ?

Regarding your question about the 2 conferences, yours (great 8 - red conference) is in my opinion the strongest by a margin.

I know what you mean when you say it's hard to sell players... and certainly at the prices that you want them to sell. Sure, you can still sell players, but prices will be lower. I've experienced this first hand the last couple of weeks, when totally reorganizing my roster. One example : bought a PG for 1.3 million end of previous season for the play-offs and intention of promoting. Didn't work out, couldn't keep him financially wise and had to sell him for a loss of 400k ! Took a bet and paid for it :-(

grtz and good luck to all,

Eagle.

I can see that you have indeed built a strong starting five.

My opinion is that if the injuries god spares you on those players and if you can manage to keep them in shape, it should be enough to win the tittle this season.

I do consider you as THE favourite for sure.
As for myself, well...getting back on my feet financially wise is one of the main goals for this season. The (very) tough competition over the last 2 season in BBBL was a killer. And if I can start building a younger, more balance roster at the same time, well, I'll be happy.

Going back to BBBL is not the plan at the moment, I wish to climb back up there when I'll have a team able to, at the same time, be competitive enough and financially viable.

So, whether or not I'll be a stone in your shoe will depend on a lot of things, but right now, I don't think so, you even have the HCA against me when we'll face each other ;-)

Good to know that I ended up in the strongest conf. again, it becomes a specialty for me! :-)
First in DII4 for 4 seasons and the last 2 in BBBL...oh well...I guess it makes it more fun!

Finally my 2 more expensive players found a new team...but I lost big on both purchase vs sale...although they are 31 and 32 yo, it still hurts. Anyway, they had to leave, so it's for the best.

Good luck to you for the race to the golden trophy!

Cheers

Frank

looks like this year's all-star game will be between: the red side all-stars and ... the RSC Eagles :)
