I have a report by a user that for the past week or so updating the training type has not been possible. There is no error page, it just seems to be loading and never finishes. User has Chrome and has tried other browsers with same results. No other problems on the site.

For me, the training page works fine on all computers and browsers I have tried so far (OS X + Windows 7, Safari, IE, Firefox), so I cannot be of any help in duplicating this.

Weird. I can't reproduce the issue either.

EDIT: Does he have javascript turned off? Cookies?

He is going to get some local tech support. I guess we can postpone the issue until there is more information.

Problem with Chrome persisted after a technician took a look at the computer, but IE now worked for the user. I am afraid it is not possible to dig deeper into this. Closed.
