My HOF is gone and I only get a message saying I need the supporter package. Same for my trophys. My supporter is still active.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to become a supporter for a year. The money went off my bank account on June, 25th. I´m still no supporter. I´ve written to BB-Mark a week ago - no answer. GM-Essener opened a service-ticket for me some days ago, but as he told me nothing happened....

Does someone has an idea what else to do?
