I agree with LOPO_, you have to raise your Arena prices the next update, fortunately for you it should be by your next Home game. Also, we cannot see how much you are spending in Staff, this can make a big difference to profits if you are invested to the hilt.

You made $125772, after a price change you could get $155730
If you can keep winning (even your away games), I think you could still go close to selling out and possibly make more than this through a rise in attendance and building more seats of course.
The other thing you have to factor in here is that you made no income over the All-Star break but did pay expenses, this always leaves you with a big hole that you need to plan for when you get the draw each season. (I'm guessing your debt almost doubled last week alone?)Just looking and you have a week in the last week of the draw where you will get 2 lots of attendance in the same week to help cover the All-Star hit.
One last thing to consider as well is that you lost your last away game and you are playing the bottom team from the other side of the draw this week at home in a TV match. You will take a hit in attendance because of those factors (plus the rise in ticket prices) So don't loose faith in your new pricing. You get that weekly double in the last week as well as a couple of weeks in the playoffs (hopefully)
No need to
tear down and rebuild.
Hope this helps.
