I'll likely promote back into D3 next season. Has anyone figured out how high you can set seat prices to max out the attendance promotion bonus? I'll have around 15,000 seats by the time I promote. Can I get over $300k in weekly attendance revenue ($20 avg per seat)? In the offsite attendance tool, I looked for the highest prices for my number of seats at each tie and came up with that number. Can I push it higher to $400k per week?

I'd say it's unlikely to push $300k consistently but I haven't looked around recently. Best bet would maybe see if there's anyone in another III series that just promoted, has a nice arena and is selling well and figure out what they're clearing. I don't think III.5's seen a $250k game yet this season though.

Silent Apples promoted into D.III 1 this season. Here is his attendance, granted he has also won a lot of games, with a big arena. http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/30341/arena.aspx

Game 1
1. $235,824
2. $244,166
3. $242,123
4. $242,516
5. $268,763
6. $269,344
7. $270,774
8. $265,467
9. $265,189

Besiktas Cs have also promoted and sellout out a lot with a slightly smaller, arena with lower prices. http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/28268/arena.aspx

Game 1
1. $181,500
2. $181,500
3. $181,500
4. $181,500
5. $219,270
6. $219,270
7. $218,760
8. $224,730

He could have made a lot more if he charged more, early on.

Thanks! Silent Apples looks like he set his prices higher than a sellout level unless he did some building this season. Do you know if he built more seats this season? Maybe two builds of bleachers? The winning shouldn't matter early in the season. It looks like $270k may be the max.

Besiktas definitely set his prices too low. Looks like he also did some building this season.

If he built any seats, they would have Lower Tier. Besiktas didn't do much building (I actually don't think he built any), his prices were really, really soft, early on.

I promoted to III this season with an arena at 12,500 seats (I have added 500 LT and CRT along the way this season, too).

I was earning about 210-215K at the beginning of the season and now getting closer to 230K. I can't imagine being able to push the prices enough to get an average of $20 per, though.

And we're doing well (12-6, third place), with strong Fan Surveys. I'm pretty pleased to be getting that much income. Our league average is 176K. So I'm pulling in 50K over the average without having one of the biggest arenas by a longshot. Then again, 5 teams in my league don't even have maximum receipts of 200K.

So I'd say if you promote and win at the next level, 250-260K is probably within range for you, and that's going to likely put you pretty high up in your league.

I plan on entering Div III with nearly $300K per week ticket sales.

13,500 X 13
2,500 X 27
500 X 78
40 X 400

= 298K

Good Luck with that.

I don't see it happening though.

What level PR manager are you going to bring? I have a level 4, and I can't sellout my bleachers at $11, and I was on a big win streak, and my last game, coming off my highest fan overall survey (defeated my rival) of 4.5 balls. I think your really overestimating how much you can make.

I hope I'm wrong, I'll be following your attendance.

I plan on entering D. IV with:
9,000 Bleachers
1100 Lower Tier
250 Courtside
12 Luxury Boxes

if not more...

The promotion bonus to attendance is biggest on bleachers. Thus if you were selling out with $8 in Div 4, you can likely sell out with $13 in Div 3. Since I don't plan to add more than 13,500, I am pricing a bit on the high side. I will likely sell around 12,000-13,000 per game at $13 would be my best guess.
I also have a level 4 PR Manager.
We will see anyway.
I might also lower my lower tier price to $26 because of adding seats during the start of the season.
