Back a few seasons ago, there was a special advertation for both players and scrimmages. Did that dissapear, or am I just bad at looking?

There is a Player Advertisement thread that has been back since last year's summer, but if there is none in your national folder, you can ask a GM to make a sticky for your country. As for the scrimmage thread, they have stopped it.
