Is it just me or has the infamous Fishbowl PL club started to slow and possibly wither away?

Is there are rejuvenation in the midst? Is it too late?

Australia's a small place. I think wombat has taken fishbowl crown with the smaller feds like calamari etc living on.

I voted "Yes".
because even if the fishbowl dies in it's current form.. it will always live on in our hearts and minds.
all the great friendships and rivalries that have been made from it, all those stories about crazy upsets or wicked individual performances from star players... Fishbowl can't be killed.

Probably the best thing that could happen would be if we got down to one league with the enthusiastic guys and we could probably revitalise it a bit. The problem has been me, I have less time again this year so am just setting lineups but doing no "value added" stuff for the league.

I haven't even bothered extending supporter at the moment, so I'm not adding value to Fishbowl or Wombat Feds :)

Fishbowl will and always remain part of aussie BB folklore.

Times change and peoples priorities change with it. The new "kids on the block" so to speak are the Wombats. Wombats may seem slow and lazy, but the guys in the Wombat are fast movers. I'm sure the main elements of the Fishbowl will remain active enough to keep it puddling along.

I, myself have joined a bigger pond... its more like an ocean now. I'm just a small hammerhead swimming with the great whites. And the action is a bit feisty, here is one jab from one great white to another:

Sorry about that bat this is not only madness , it is Bulls@@t. It is supposed to be a highly competitive PL, not a stupid walkover.

you had 6 players with salary over 50k but you d rather keep bravetti and Fortuny out of the game! At least if you didnt use the 1800 player i could have some results and conclusions about tactics etc.

Just like what goldfish said, one league. We can combine both feds into one. Then at the end of the season, the best 2, 3, or four teams can playoff in the the wombat/fish bowl.

I don't mind sitting out and dropping in from time to time if it comes to that.

I hope the fishbowl survives, some of my greatest buza memories come from the interaction here...

I was only thinking the other day that we don't seem to have the odd bust up to keep things interesting, matt1986 has mellowed in stirring yoda and fishy, zyler isn't around to talk himself up much to everyone's amusement, fanny isn't ruffling feathers with his antics and the list goes on.
