Hello, what are your thoughts i should countinue on training for this guy?

Age: 23
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: strong Handling: mediocre
Driving: prolific Passing: average
Inside Shot: tremendous Inside Def.: tremendous
Rebounding: sensational Shot Blocking: proficient
Stamina: awful Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: inept

According to http://www.buzzer-manager.com/estimation_salaire/, he is 90-99% capped. Due to his age and potential, it should take a while to get a pop, then he could be capped. You could probably get 3 pops in PA or HA/DR and he could probably get another pop before he caps.

As big dogs said, he's close to being capped. Count the sublevels in, and he's in a dangerous territory already.

How about training him OD and passing for two more seasons, ages 24 and 25, then cap him out with another season of 1v1 forwards?

I see you have another 21y center trainee. Would this fit him as well?

You're training him for 6 seasons already, so why not 3 more? :) Don't know if you can afford to train out of position though..
