I have a promising prospect that I could use some advice on.

Owner: Springfield Storm

Weekly salary: $ 6 686
Role: rotation player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 60000
Age: 20
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: prominent
Driving: prolific Passing: strong
Inside Shot: prominent Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful

He has great potential, but the problem is, he will already be 21 next season. Is he behind in his training? How many pops can he get by the end of next season? I have an advanced trainer.

I was wanting to make him into a balanced SF. I was ideally wanting something like triple prolific on the inside skills and then like marvelous OD and DR. With maybe sensational passing. I'm wanting a cheap man's LeBron James if you will... lol.

I am not thinking that he will make it to the U21 but can I train him to be a NT player.
