I doubt anyone is gonna search all D4 to see were your undefeated record stacks up with other D4 managers. In my opinion, the only way you promote to D3 is to win the finals. Yes there have been cases were managers bot promote, but going into D3 those chances are tremendously slim. You could always check if you feel like it, just giving you some pointers that can probably save you 30 minutes of your life.
