Very well done.
Older guy has much better potential so you should train inside skills for both of them.

I would train their OD to strong-prominent (8-10), then do some PA until the 19 year old pops to inept (4). After that, I would probably do 1v1 until the 19 year old hits inept. Then I would do a little JS before starting on their inside skills. Nice players by the way.
