Hey all, just a final post asking for your votes. As the U21 coach we won 2 Americas golds, 1 worlds silver and 1 worlds gold. Based on this experience, I think I have a good handle on how to manage the team and worlds tournament. I feel our largest problem with the NT is our lack of elite players that can compete with the best teams in the world. To do this, we need quite a bit more of out of position training. I have spent the time training guards at C and centers at PG for over 4 comined seasons in an effort to create some of these players that we're really lacking. I hope I can help people continue to be competitive with their club teams while still training for the NT. This focus on player development will help ensure a perennial contender in the future. Thanks.
