It's B3 with a twist. In the first year the winners of each country would go to champions league and then the winners of each league [16 teams] would have a semi-final and then a final the winner is crowned world champion.The worst team in each league would face the semi finalists of the B3 which don't include the teams in Champions League.You can participate still in you're country's cup.

I had an idea a while ago. But I didn't post it in the suggestions folder because it would be way too hard to implement.
